Besides Garcia's, what restaurants (chain or local) do you consider good Mexican?

In MGW? There aren't any - I don't really consider Black Bear Mexican. I don't have much experience up in Pittsburgh but have eaten at Los Chiludos and it is pretty solid. Las Palmas is really good also. JMHO.

WestRidge will have 6 miles of biking-hiking trails interspersed among the 480 million dollar development. 80% of the sites have already had tenants sign up.

Hey, what's that construction on I-79?

And all retail as of now is new to the Morgantown market!

Also the 480 million doesn't include the amount of money that will be spent by each company building their facilities.

If we get another Mattress Store, I'm throwing in the towel.

It's just the site development part ... infrastructure, pads and so forth. This is going to be awesome.

In the site plan there is 4-5 fairly good sized pads in the manufacturing area. I wonder what type of manufacturing might be coming.

This is excellent news! Biking-hiking trails are huge assets to communities.

I do too. We definitely need some light manufacturing for further diversification. I'm hoping some of it will be plastics related.

They sure are. You might know that we already have nearly 50 miles of developed hiking-biking trails in the area, and are linked from Point Marion, PA to Clarksburg. There are also at least that many undeveloped trail miles at Coopers Rock State Forest. The Trails association is working hard to get linked up to the Great Allegheny Trail that connects Pittsburgh and DC/Baltimore.
