A Moes would be a nice addition up there.

I tried looking up the company when I saw the sign and couldn't find anything (I really hate that the building permit is for the whole building and for that specific contractor and not for the company that is coming in). I find it interesting the company is out of Fredericksburg, VA. Wonder if the company moving in normally uses them, it seems like there would be more local companies that could have done the work for probably cheaper (which makes me think they normally use this company).
Moe's would be a good addition, but I'd love a California Tortilla, but closest one is state college
It makes sense that both ends would be food places, especially the one on the left with the patio (please let this one be Fudruckers or Burgatory or a sit down style restaurant). It should be a good place for restaurants with a hotel and office building right there and right off the exit.
