It’s supposed to be a nice looking building when all done (almost all brick).

This is needed on many fronts. A city like Morgantown, housing a major university, is always an attractive destination for retirees, especially alumni, due to the activities the schools have for the elderly and athletic events. This is a natural. By walking to the PRT station on Beechurst, seniors living there can take the PRT to football, basketball, and soccer games as well as concerts and plays at the Creative Arts Center.

It will also be right next to the Hill and Hollow restaurant ... an added convenience, and although it isn't far from the power plant (the only negative), it is right by the hiking - biking trail and the Mon River.

Default Group Building the Development

It's nice to see a group of Charleston investors involved with bringing this development about. Our area is definitely attracting out of town investors who have confidence in Mon County' future to the point of putting their money in play to build here.

I do not believe so, they only tore down the warehouse part, all of the little shops in the Seneca center weren't affected from what I saw the last time I was there.
