I was at a softball tournament last weekend at Cheat Lake and Sweet Southern Smoke BBQ was the concessionaire.
They took credit cards but had no way of giving receipts. I received my cc bill and they really messed up. I was able to retrieve a receipt from Capital One and it is ridiculous. There was a phone number at the bottom and I have called it twice. As soon as I say why I am calling, he says, "Thank you" and hangs up.
If it wasn't $25 more than I purchased, I would forget it but I won't let go now.
