Hello,
Do you know of any haircut place in this area that is NOT peddling the psychosis and fear by requiring their customers to wear a mask? If not, guess I'll start doing it myself...
Thanks,

The mask requirement is a state requirement. Any salon or barber not requiring a facemask is flouting state regulations and opening themselves to civil and criminal penalties.

Could you please provide a source? I could find no requirement from the state that masks must be worn. I only found "recommendations" from the county health department:
April 8, 2020: Following the recommendation from MCHD that everyone wear a mask in public, there have been some questions. Here is more information on how to wear a mask effectively.
April 7, 2020: Dr. Lee B. Smith, MCHD executive director and county health officer, has issued an order to provide new and updated guidelines on the operation of essential businesses.
April 7, 2020: Dr. Lee B. Smith, MCHD executive director and county health officer, has issued a recommendation that all individuals wear masks when they go out.

Did you drink the Fox Kool-Aid or some alt-right Kool-Aid?

Wait. If I wear a mask I can drive from Pittsburgh to WV and get my hair cut? This is great!

County Health Department rules are subordinate to state health department (part of DHHR) regulations. Since the DHHR is part of the Executive branch of state government, executive orders apply. Most of the Governor's medical advice comes from Clay Marsh at WVU Medicine. We're fortunate to have such a resource here in WV.
If the state health department or the Governor's orders require a mask, you have to wear a mask.

Where is the government order to wear a mask? As far as I have found, it is a recommendation at this point.

There's no law against taking a string trimmer to your head - go for it!

Everybody in a hair salon has to wear gloves & masks. I'm not wasting my time looking it up. The salon owner we use said that, plus only one customer per chair in the shop. I can't even go inside to help my wife to her seat. The salon owner and stylist are both subject to fines and loss of license for failure to comply.
Maybe the string trimmer is an option.

If you're readily volunteering yourself to be infected with COVID-19, I'd suggest contacting the NIH to participate in clinical trials.
