Greetings and Happy New Year,

I'm looking at a HUD property in Masontown and, being I'm from out of town (Cumberland) while I do know some WV licensed agents, North Central is not within their service area. I did briefly work with an agent based in Fairmont but wasn't impressed with her, she seemed to need a lot of prodding and didn't seem to want to pursue it. I usually am interested in HUD/foreclosure properties so they're a lot of paperwork and not a lot of money so I imagine that factors into it. In any event, I didn't want to just cold call agents or brokerage offices without getting some local recommendations first. And while tomorrow is a big holiday I'd like to arrange a showing if they're open to it, the property appears to be unoccupied.

Thanks to all!
