Even though I am still in Attorney Review, I am trying to short list few mortgage lenders.

I live in central New Jersey.

Please tell me which lender you used or in the processing of using and your experience with them.

Appreciate your help in advance.

I just got out of attroney review. I have been shopping around as well. I am probably going with 1st Constitution Bank. They are a smaller chain only in central NJ. I was dealing with Bank of America until I kept getting the run around and have now dealt with 4 different loan officers! A big plus for 1st Constitution is that they have their own underwriters. I am meeting with them today, so I will check back and let you know the outcome.

Thanks for your reply. How much are they charging as lenders fees (800 items)?

Please send me the contact details if you don't mind.
