I am interested in buying a home and am interested in the 5/15/80 loan as to avoid PMI for Virginia. Anybody know of an officer that could provide that loan?

If it's owner occupied, the bank I work for is doing this loan.......and from research on a loan search engine, (the mortgage banking of who's who and what's what), it appears, we may be the only ones in the country doing 80/15/5 loans. Now, if you want to go 80/10/10, there are a few options there, but not too many.

Any idea who in Virginia? We (our company) has been checking Scottsmans Guide regularly, posted inquiries and none are coming up.
