I'm looking to purchase an investment property in OKC (duplex). I want to do a conventional fixed 30-year loan w/25% down payment. I talked to a couple of lenders (one out of state, one in town) but they weren't as competitive as I had hoped.

Can anybody recommend a good lender for the OKC Metro area?

thanks

Might have better luck on the OK forum. There's probably a few people there who got mortgages in that area.
