I'm selling my fathers house (estate) to my sister for $185,000 with $5000 toward closing cost. Today I get a call that I need addendum for closing cost. I have no money to even seek advice, but I have asked realtor but no such luck. I don't want to pay for any Extra fees only what I have to pay. I live in Maryland. Where can I find Addendum to print that I won't get screwed and end up paying more. The house still have mortgage on it for $103,000. Plus I have to divide this house up into 5 siblings. Help please. Thanks
Brenda

Who told you that you needed an addendum? If your sister is doing a FHA loan you may need additional addendums, but it is not becuase there are seller paid costs. The seller paid costs should be able to be written out somewhere in the main body of the purchase agreement.
