Hello fox, I am trying to buy a single family house as I will be a first buyer. I am trying to see if I can get approved for 320k house. My credit is great with 720 score, stable job salary+commisson 60k in 2010 and 80k in 2011, i will be putting 20k down.
My debt is a car loan with $376 a month (12k balance on it), student loan 8k which hasn't started yet and credit card balances of total $2500
I would appreciate the input and any advise.
