Loan for Illegal Aliens
Hello, want to buy a house but I'd like some help.

These is my profile below:

1) I'll become a illegal alien in one week. (let's consider that I'm illegal)
2) I can't prove my income.
3) I got about 15,000 in my bank account
4) My credit score is around 780-790
5)I live in the same address for 4 years
6)The propriety that I want cost $170,000.00
7)I just can give 5% or less of down

Do I have any chance to be approved with this profile and being an illegal alien?
Anyone heard about Peoples Bank or Banco de la Gente?

Thanks a lot,

fporta

I was thinking the same thing. How do you have a US credit profile if you are an illegal alien?
I believe you would have to purchase as a foreign national and you will have to put a minimum of 20% down and it will not be easy.
Just noticed, you said you can not prove income. Sorry but all lenders want to see and prove all income and where savings came from and how long it has been in your account. It is called "source and seasoning of funds".
From what you have listed, it is not a loan I would touch, not enough verifiable info.

Glad I am not the only one who was baffled by the claim that someone could have a credit score and be an illegal

I used to have a H1B Visa (work visa) for 7 years.
That's why I have SSN and good credit score.
I'll become illegal next month but only for a few months while I wait for my green card process...

i dont think you may have a problem going with a regular mortgage.
just would need a driver's license...a copy of your social...and a document stating that you're going to renew your visa or greencard.

Are you sure you'll actually be illegal? Is your application pending or has it not been filed yet?

I did not fill my application yet, I'm waiting for my future wife citzenship.
Probably I'll get my papers next year around june/july.
After this september 30 I'll get illegal.
My Driver's license expire september 30 as well...

Can I get any loan with no DL and legal status?

If illegals cant get a mortgage, then how could LA turn into little mexico?

THERE IS NO WAY THERE IS ENOUGH LEGAL LATINOS TO TAKE OVER THAT MUCH LAND. The immigration quotas do not allow for it.

There must be some way around it
