Dear Friends:
I would need your help.

I just closed a refinance from my current house.
June 6th Wesday closed (closing day).
based on the signed contract: 3 days consideration, and Monday JUne 11 , refinace money installation to me(give me money over 400k cash).
At the closing day, the broker's office asked me for my void check, he said, since the money is large,
he would electron-wire me directly to my bank on the installation day June 11 Monday.

Monday, no money in. evening called the loan officer , she said she would contact the attorney,
Tusday , no money in, called the same officer, rejected to answer my phone
Wensday, no money in, called the same officer, rejected to answer my phone. called her office
and they said they would check.
Thursday, no money in until 5pm, money in with wire-charged.

Friday, called the lender, they said on Monday, they already gave money to the broker .

My questions:
1. based on the contract, I have to pay interest from June 11 Monday.
throught June 13 Wensday, who should be response for the interetes(talked to the broker owner,
he rejected to pay 3 days' interests
2. wire-transfer charge was not disclosed on the HUD in the closed doc.
The broker did not told me that I have to pay wire-chage, who should pay this?

what should I do in this case?

thanks for your help

roseanne
