Does anybody have a racial and/or sexual preference in selecting a real estate agent? Why? What have you observed from real estate professionals of certain groups?

Most couples dont care about the sex of the agent...but if it was a single woman...they tend to go with another woman.

While not necessarily a racial or gender thing, I believe immigrants tend to go with immigrants of the same ethnicity/culture/language as they share similar perspective.
