Hi All,

I am in a slight dilemma. I was pre-approved for mortgage last month before I started looking for a condo. I found a place significantly under what I am pre-approved for...so that is a good thing! However, my mortgage guy has been a complete doozy! I feel like I have been chasing him to update me on my terms etc. With the condo price, I wanted to revisit my loan terms since I was given flexibility to choose from one program or another. He is simply overpromising & under-delivers. What should I do b/c his work ethic leaves little to be desired & I do not want him handling my paper work anymore? BTW I live in north NJ & all unbiased recommendations are welcome.

Also not to jack my own thread but why are RE attorney fee so high in north NJ. I was initially told that it should be no higher than 500-800 max but attorneys are quoting higher than $1,200

Thank You IA
