If you need to be out of your home on a certain date, and you anticipate a delayed closing.

There is a term called rent-back before closing.

It is totally up to the seller, to move in and pay rent before your closing.

After closing the property is yours......

Congrats on your new home - once your'e moved in watch out for the sales at Home Depot for a new lawnmower....

It's a new home...they don't wasn't us to put one toe in until after closing. We have an FHA LOAN .... well not yet... which I am finding is a headache of a process. This is our third FHA loan and we have never been asked to furnish:

Documentations showing how we purchased cashiers checks
Lease contract agreement
Explanation letters galore:
Provide a signed and dated letter of explanation for past address
Copy of bank statement showing withdrawal to purchase earnest money deposit check:
Documentation that shows our binder amount withdrawn...saving acct. statement and then the see another amount withdrawn and want to know where did this amount come from?

It's too much for me....no more FHA IN FLORIDA Is this the new normal?

It seems like once they say they have EVERYTHING THEY NEED they go on to find another piece of documentation, evidence, verification or blood that they need.

That's pretty much the way it works for everybody now.
