Per month?

There are OTHER factors that affect a mortgage payment: down payment, interest rate, etc.

My mortgage payment is easy: ZERO.

I've never used a mortgage loan to buy a house...or any other property for that matter.

Current mortgage is $1050, that includes taxes and insurance.

We are purchasing a new home now, so our soon to be mortgage will be $1800 with taxes and insurance.

We make 110k a year.

$323, $332, something like that (auto pay out of my pension)

I give myself $2,500/month to spend (make more)

Taxes were $100/year, but now that I've built (cash) it will go up.

Our household income is less than 60k. Monthly note including everything except for monthly association fee is $614 ($390 of that is mortgage). I usually throw in at least an extra $400/month towards principle (essentially making a double mortgage payment). I could afford more of a home, but I like being able to make double payments and still be able to pay my bills and afford any modest emergencies that may arise. It's a modest home and a modest payment for a modest income couple.
