Sorry for being mr doom and gloom but too many think it is so easy. I do hold rental property but it really isn't for short term holding. If you are going to rent it, accept it will get torn up, if it doesn't then you were lucky, but I estimate it takes a couple of years of solid rental, just to offset the risk.

thelopez...I never consider a reality check doom and gloom. I so much want out of here I have been using some scary logic to convince my hubby. This is why I LOVE this forum Thank you..
