You are definitely correct! Besides, when it's all said and done I will hardly be paying much out of pocket. The house will be pretty much paying for itself and I will be almost living there for free. So, I can't really complaint much. Thanks for everyone's reply.
It's a 3 unit home. It used to be a duplex but had been turned into 2 units of 3 beds and 1 unit with one bed. The rental income I receive almost covers the mortgage and that's including taxes and insurance so it's a pretty good deal. But the reason why it's such a good deal goes back to the fact that I used to own one of the units when it was condos which I had purchased for a very good price and everything worked itself out from there. Its complicated but you get the idea....I hope.
