So I found a gorgeous house, priced right, in the correct area, everything was perfect. My realtor contacted the listing agent who said that the house didnt qualify twice for a usda loan. Now here is the funny part, he said the appraiser said it was to unique... there is nothing structurally wrong with it its just to unique, anyone have any ideas??
