Are you a Veteran? What kind of loan do you have now? What is your payment tolerance? What is your present loan balance? How much do you think you could sell your home for if you had to sell it in 3 months?

Yeah. And look where that got us. I don't know any bank that will do a 90% LTV. Especially if you're carrying a mortgage. They may do a equity % loan if you have equity. Are you trying to refi?
