I have an issue with my lender asking me to sign documents that were not signed 6 years ago during a refinancing. They want to send a notary to me and have been calling me twice a day to get this done. I ask for an explanation in writing explaining what exactly what was not signed and the ramifications if I didn't sign and the rep claims she can not put it writing she said she could send me a statement requesting signatures needed that was missing during original process. She verbally told me that the trustee name on my loan is incorrect.
Has anyone else experience this before or have knowledge of this happening?
