It's not like they can foreclose in 30 days, they have to give you a chance to pay.

I would never miss a payment, I would just be worried that an untrustworthy company won't credit my payment correctly.

If you have any doubts and can qualify for a mortgage, why even risk the problems? Go with somebody reliable.
