yeah thats true, my loan is convention for 188K, 5% down, credit score was in the 730 range, however, do have some debt. 5.5 throuhg bank of america, other than buying down the percentage, no other fees involved.

I got a 45 day lock with no points thru a broker. My new loan is actually going thru Wells Fargo.
