My mom and dad got divorced recently and she use to pay all of the bills now he has to do him self where does eh pay it when we call the company they say we need to talk to the individual who takes the payments the company doesnt take the payments.

That doesn't make sense. If you called the bank who holds your mortgage, they will definitely know where payments are to be sent. If you called a mortgage person who handled the mortgage, no, they wouldn't know where payments are sent because it's probably been sold 10 times since he originated the loan. Call the actual mortgage company.

If you can't figure out who that is, call your mom. Why would she hold that info from you? If her name is on the mortgage still, it would be foolish not to tell you because any late payments would affect her credit scores.

OP, your post was very hard to understand, but if I do understand it, I have a question for you.

Who was the mortgage loan made to? Your mom, your dad or both? Maybe the mortgage company only accepts payments from the person who took out the original loan. If that has changed because of the divorce, your parents may have to change the terms of the mortgage as well. No way to know unless you ask them.
