Right? I got 3 clients 2.75% on an VA IRRRL last week. The ones who waited to pull the trigger are now at 3.125%. Which is still FRIGGIN AMAZING!!!

It's better than the 4.5% we originally had from last May, so it's not bad.

We went through NBKC - found them on NerdWallet and the process was even easier than the last time we did a VA IRRRL (though that was through Wells, so....). They were great, honestly.
