IRS is going to be taking much longer to provide transcripts is what I have heard while we are all on a "break" for this coronavirus thing.

Transcripts were never meant as an underwriting condition, but QA measure. Every lender has taken it a step too far. Most are waiving this condition if the file is clear to close
