There is a house that we like if our "dream house" doesn't pan out.......in other words it is second on our list. There is also a vacant lot next door that we would like to try to get if we were to buy this house. Unfortunately, they are not for sale by the same owner.

Is there any way to purchase both with FHA as long as the two combined don't exceed the local FHA limit?
