I've worked for various mortgage companies over the years, some online and some brick & mortar hometown lenders.

You can get good service and experienced professionals in any of them. I think you're more likely to find idiots in an online model, though. Luck of the draw there. If you're lucky, you'll get me.

So far, Ally reps seem to be the least salesy and second in integrity. I worked with a few brick and mortars and they're actually super lazy or super unethical. However, the best I've worked with so far has her own office. Scary world.
