This question is NOT for me but I just wanted to know what happens and what is the process? I was talking to someone that said they filed "online" and to me that seems like a scam that it can be done that easily. They own a house a business and new cars, what happens to them? From the sound of it, it doesn't seem like this is the first time she has filed either. Is she lying? We live in CT if that makes a difference in the process.....
