good morning lola, I gave some advise 2 days ago ,look back to post #18#19 #20 I dont know if you read it? that is what I would do till the banking/housing mess clears...its still a gamble....but hey things can only get better !

You just have to decide if the schools is enough reason to take the loss of profits on the ohter home. First house was a good buy ;second wasn't.Sounds like you be even.

This is true.....and for me personally the schools are enough reason to move....there are other reasons but that is the most important. Right now she's in a school that is the best of the worst....it's not the area we are in as she has a variance to one of the best schools in Az, it's the state....state standards to be exact....they're just not where they should be as compared to the national standards. Now I just have to convince hubby to agree with me
