I will teach you.... I am not soliciting business just want to help!! So many individuals do not understand or know.. You can contact me via email. I have lots to doo.....
Seems simple enough to me....short sale means hurry up and wait and wait...and wait, no closing cost assistance, and the house is truly sold as is. Miss anything?
I am sorry you feel that way I have been successful, I often negotiate a percentage of the closing cost be paid by seller (bank). If the agent does their job correctly you can successfully close properties in a short amount of time as I have (fact). Its worth the wait what do you have to loose with waiting your time certainly not your monies. And its a great opportunity to obtain a better home for less. Homeowners try this process on their own and their success rate is minimal at best regardless of the new laws. And yes the sale is always as-is sellers are to broke to warrant anything (buyer beware - due diligence). I hear alot of agents say they do not have good luck with this process I believe its because they did not do their homework and so the process fails. Cost a bank more to take the home to foreclosure atty fee etc... TY for responding.
I would contact some one who you know or you have did some background check on....I don't know the OP and he/she might be good at it, but by reading the post and what was post next, I have my doubts.....I don't really understand what the Op is saying. I have been reading posts from others that were clear and very informative and that shows that these people have knowledge....sorry OP I have a hard time reading yours.
