today 30yr fixed rates are at 5%...paying 1 origination fee.
(720+ score, 20% down, 200k loan amount)

It will probably continue to go further

How much does only putting 10% down typically add to the rate, like to that 5% for example?

it should be the same rate but then you have to pay PMI..

5.375-5.5 with 3% down....1 origination fee...same as above

it was 5.25% last week...but 5.5% is still a good rate!

How bout for Streamline FHA refi? Im at 5.75 now, but plan to be in house long term....so if they can get to the 5.0 range it may be worth it to do a streamline...I dont need any cash out...also, any idea of BALLPARK (I know each situation is different) streamline closing costs on a 144K loan amount?
