Are they letting you pull a 100% of the value of your home? If not, how much are they letting you borrow? FYI, we have good credit scores.

100% does not exist...If you find it, let me know PLEASE!!

as the previous poster said 80-90% max combine loan to value depending on credit, equity position, or occupancy status...
