They asked me to fill out an application, are they legit? Or is this some kind of scam? Any info please?

they are licensed to lend. They have numerous branches and many loan officers. Make sure that you trust that person and get a 2nd opinioni from another mortgage company. Anything they promise in terms of fees or rates should be in writing and signed by their office....Make sure you get a Good Faith estimate also....If they don't provide any of those items....go somewhere else.

We are looking into Eagle Nationwide Mortgage. The offer good rates, I have not seen a good faith estimaet yet. How was your experience with them? Thank you.

I would say if you have to ask if you lender is legit you should be using someone else.
