they are licensed to lend. They have numerous branches and many loan officers. Make sure that you trust that person and get a 2nd opinioni from another mortgage company. Anything they promise in terms of fees or rates should be in writing and signed by their office....Make sure you get a Good Faith estimate also....If they don't provide any of those items....go somewhere else.
We are looking into Eagle Nationwide Mortgage. The offer good rates, I have not seen a good faith estimaet yet. How was your experience with them? Thank you.
i would say if you have to ask if you lender is legit you should be using someone else.
