loan question.... (interest rate, 30 year fixed, rate, principle)

I don't know why i can't figure this out or find the website to do this so this may be a stupid question..

if you have a 30yr loan at 4.25% and the principle at the beginning is $201,000. - what is the balance of the loan after 12 payments - is it the same or a bit less than the original 201k?

I'm too lazy to amortize it, but you've probably paid down about $2400 in principle.

30 year Fixed

Principal & Interest would be $988.80

After 12 years, balance is $149,097.77.
