I'm doing a USDA loan with TB&W and they are SLOW, anybody ever use Chase, I'm thinking of trying them?]

wrong forum to ask this question.

also, TBW/Chase have different underwriting centers, and NOT all of them are fast or slow.

you should visit a mortgage broker forum for this question.

TB&W is inept. In the 14 months they've had my loan, they've missed tax payments to the city, sent me a check for surplus escrow funds that were not surplus (despite having the tax bill in front of them) and then raised my mortgage payment to make up for their mistake. it also takes a good 20 minutes hold time before you can get a human on the phone as well. the sooner i can refi and escape them, the better.
