I'm doing research on some condos and would like to know what current owners paid for their units. What is the easiest way to obtain this information? The condo building is managed by Howard Hanna. They handle everything including the mortgages.

Check with the local tax assessment office. Most are online. Don't know it? Google your locality "tax assessment" Here in Maryland, there is one database for the entire state. When I lived in Virginia, it was by county.
Thanks everyone. I can't seem to get any history on the Allegheny County website - I've tried just about every address combination I can think of. I'm meeting with the Howard Hanna rep for the building on Monday. If I can't get the information out of her I guess I'll have to call the assessment office directly.
