Citimortgage comment (loan, escrow, loan, refund)

Not really for discussion but just comment

If you have citimortgage acct and it is paid off they will shut down your account that day - don't even keep it open long enough for you to view your escrow balance - even before they have sent you the refund - so if you have a loan and you get everything online, pull down and save all the info you need before it gets paid off.

My experience with paying off a BOA mortgage recently for my parents was - the account stayed open a few months.
