I believe this is the 2nd time this " professional poker player" has started a thread about getting a mortgage.

Since he didn't like the advice he got on the last thread ( that got quite lengthy) , he is starting a new thread.

For a guy throwing around snarky comments, your reading comprehension is a bit weak.

My situation changed; the money available roughly doubled. Thus a completely new set of circumstances.

This "professional poker poker" won 40 grand within the past two weeks, hence the change.

My advice, then, would be to play for a few more weeks until you have enough money to pay cash for your house.
