My gf in NY's son in law did not pay his mortgage for a year: he was in foreclosure, went to NY made money (off the books, illegally) and just moved back into his house in Orlando......not sure who his mortgage is with but are the banks so deperate they would just let someone get the house back ???

(Houses not selling in Orlando): He would still be doing a no doc loan as his job Is off books and he pays no taxes on boat repair business........

Usually this is a semi scam. Probably his brother bought the house at a cheap price and now is renting it out to him. I have seen similar situations. A lot of short sales that would come on the market we would go to see them one hour after they would list and the agent would tell us "we have already accepted an offer".
