I just found out that our loan is number 1 for the underwriter tomorrow. We were number 11 yesterday and there are 3 underwriters. As long as there are no issues how long does it usually take the underwriter to review everything and get back to the lo with a yes or no?

If your loan file is being looked at 1st you should have feedback by the end of the day.

If questions come up it can drag out... a week when issues are on the table. Even longer with the snow on the east coast giving some an reason not to make it to the office.
