So we are waiting on funds w. out USDA loan, it has been approved, funds are just contigent on something needed from the seller. my question is, our credit report is like over the 90 days by about a weeks. Will the USDA underwriter that is holding up the loan require a new credit report, since we are already "closed" on the loan just not funded or recorded??

Have you received a letter of commitment? Until that piece of paper is delivered, anything can happen.

we have signed all papers and so has the seller. guess i'm not sure what that is exactly
