My mortgage was with Talor/bean&witaker.I missed 3 payment over the course of 11 months.I worked out a repayment plan.I was basically adding 500 to 1000+ to my reg payment.I had paid the 3 missed payment down to 1.5 missed payments.IN Aug 2009 my mortgage was purchased by Saxon In TX. In oct 09 i called them because of a message on my phone.I was told that I am 3 months delinquent and I need to repay or modify.I started repayment.I talk yesterday to saxon rep, asked for my payments as they see them.He said that they purchased my loan in Aug 2009. I had a previous credit from TB/W of 400. my reg payment is 2400 monthly. My payments are as follows;Aug 2000,sept o,Oct3000,nov3400,dec2800,jan2500feb2400march3400. Can anyone explain to me how Im 3 months delinquent?? I havent paid april yet, because I had over 1000 in suspence from my overpaying iguess. I sent the extra 1000 last month for basically a double payment. They took 900 for late fees and fines and now they will not except my monthly payment of 2400.Only a cashiers check for 3 full payments?? ant help on where to turn for info or refi???? I have a 2 fam that i pay taxes on 525K my note is 280K basically 50%equity,no refi because Im 3 months late on my note. I have missed one months payment with saxon since they purchased my loan? how ? can? they punish me for things that happend prior to them owning my note. This data is right from thier mouths!!

I thought you already were working out a repayment plan with the first company? So they are not honoring this repayment plan?. How can that even be legal?

Ask both mortgage companies for a loan transaction history so you can see how your payments were applied. If there was money left in suspense, that should show you.

Could it be that some of your extra cash was applied as a principal reduction instead of being held in suspense until they had enough to roll a whole due date?
