I've been checking out pics of the Yamaha FZ9 (2014) and have the mega-hots for the Kawasaki Z1000 (2013) in either black or the Kawi green. I would love to see those up in "vs" article. Either I way, I will test ride both eventually. What are your thoughts on the "naked bikes" (usually sport bikes without the fairings, but starting to come into their own). Triumph Street Triples, Suzuki SV650, Honda's CB1000R, etc. . .
My 1980 Kawasaki KZ 1300 six. No faring, windscreen or bags. Just big engine. That magnificant engine just dominates the looks. It is, to me anyway, the ultimate UJM.
I can no longer ride this so it is for sale at a reasonable price. PM me for details.
So do it? I had a ball when I took one out on a dealer demo back in the late 90's.
