He tried to act tough and then got spooked when they gave him some attention. If you can't take the heat then get out. It would have took nothing for him to exit and get back on at a later time. Just needlessly engaging in nonsense really shows a lack of foresight. He's just as responsible for endangering his sperm dropping.

Darwinism? You're trying too hard. Calm your rack. I'm all about common sense. Why should I needlessly get into it with a group of bikers. It's not the fetal position nor them owning the road. It's common sense. I have nothing to prove nor do I feel the need to try to act like a badass. It's very easy to act tough in a cage. Anyone can be brave in a cage.
Apparently, the biker who was paralyzed has never had a valid driver's license in his entire life, so he had no business being on the road in the first place:

Registry records show that Mieses applied for a learner’s permit in 1999

fines imposed after he was ticketed for speeding in Lawrence in 1999. His last
contact with the Registry was in 2001, when he obtained an identification card,
registry records show.
Since 1999, he has been ticketed by police 16 times, in Lawrence,
Methuen, Roxbury, Andover, and New Hampshire, according to registry records.
In June, the Registry notified the National Driver Register that Mieses
was a habitual traffic offender whose right to drive in Massachusetts was
revoked until 2017, records show.

It's not that easy because you're still on a bike exposed. In a cage you are still surrounded by metal and plastic protecting you. You're not very good at turning around my posts. That cage could have easily let them go by before it all started. He probably pissed them off honking at them repeatedly like he owns the road from reading articles about it. I have a wife and sperm dropping in my car and I'm still going to pick a fight a bunch of motorcycle riders. He is an imbecile. The biggest victories are the battles that are never fought at all.
Agreed the bikers were acting stupid but that doesnt give other motorists the right to run them over,all aspects of this situation were handled poorly.
Thirty people attacking him and making him fear for his safety and, especially, the safety of his wife and infant child is all the justification he needed to try to escape by whatever means necessary.
The attackers should be jailed, forced to work off this guy's medical bills and car repair bills, and should be taking the bus for the next 20 years after they've been released from jail.
Men like these bring shame to all the decent folks out there who ride.

If the story is true, one guy came at the SUV with a knife and was trying to slash the tires and others were hitting the SUV with their helmets. You call that "getting some attention"? If the story is true. I highly doubt the bikers saw a cage and said "Hey lets attack it"? You can call it terrorism if that's what you makes you feel better. Every little thing is terrorism nowadays.
