It isn't legal, but that has easily been done since the 40's anyway, perhaps farther back in time for all I know. Each year at laconia I see a few bikes set up that way, it ain't very hard to do. LOL

Why, Thars a time n' place for everything! Evidently he didn't understand that at all... LOL I don't understand how this is any 'Fire Arms' infraction myself! Maybe this is another offence and he had an illegal gun...
The guys I see with this rig are not mad, they are just joking around. The cops seem to get a laugh of it too.
