Don't pop wheelies in traffic, don't get a gun pulled on you.
wow, i REALLY hope that's sarcasm.
what exactly ARE the legalities of this situation, does anybody know? pulling a gun seems VERY extreme, especially since it clearly wasn't a case of immediate self-defense or defense of another citizen. he brandished it to intimidate the rider. granted, it looked like he might have been trying to make a run for it, but to threaten with lethal force what amounts to a moving violation?

he should have pulled his badge instead.
Mike
They probably gonna call this an "isolated incident".
But if a cop in plain clothes pulled that on me, someone or both of us would need a body bag... I see a guy exit a car with a gun and my gun comes out to play too. Just the way it is anymore in the USA.
Pulling a gun is wayyyy too rambo and the cop should be in trouble.
Anyway, if wheelie boy keeps riding like that he will eventually contribute to the annual motorcycle death total. (which is around the number of soldiers that have died in Iraq since inception.)
That's insane. I knew the US was bad, but that horrendous. I guess it's what happens when you give the cops shooters to walk around with at all times though.

what do you mean, "bad"?
Unlike many countries in Europe or elsewhere, we can't afford to NOT arm our policemen..
