That's kind of a curious question. Revenge is a major theme in movies generally ... but not in workplace comedies. It's like saying "Which is your favorite spy thriller that is set in a ballet school?"
All I can say is that I remember loathing "9 to 5." Whatever its good intentions, as I recall, I thought the attitude toward women was appalling, and any humor so overdone as to be for children.
I wonder if others can think of more than two in that category. Swimming With Sharks, maybe?

The attitude towards women was the point. That's what they had to put up with in the office atmosphere for decades.

Well YES it WAS NOT politically correct garbage...
It's easy
9 to 5 was relevant for it's time, Office space is relevant for the here and now!
Honorable mention "Horrible Bosses". Some good moments in that movie
Me its definetly 9 to 5.. I finally got the original 1980 release on VHS
Much better plot,acting,etc............. (Office space is kinda stupid, etc as stuff was becoming more and more of then)
I feel the exact opposite. 9-5 was pure silly fantasy, would never happen. Office Space is a classic cult movie set in reality, and in my field we all relate to it at some level.

Yea the kidnapping scene was fantasy, the way women were treated in the work place back then was not. The depiction of women in the work place in the movie 9-5 was petty accurate for its time.
