Going all the way back from Sean Connery-era to the current films starring Daniel Craig...what's your favorite James Bond film or films?

I even included the unofficial Sean Connery flick Never Say Never Again and the original Casino Royale spoof in the poll as a choice in case we've got a joker among us...

New Casino Royale is tops. Still, Connery is James Bond, and the best of the Connery films was Thunderball.

[i]t is the four pillars of the male heterosexual psyche. We like: naked women, stockings, lesbians, and Sean Connery best as James Bond, because that is what being a boy is. ~Coupling, "Inferno," original airdate 2 June 2000, written by Steven Moffat, spoken by the character Steve

My favorite is You Only Live Twice, any movie where Sean Connery tries to pass off as a big, hairy Japanese guy while being serviced by a bunch of beautiful bikini clad Japanese girls is tops with me! Plus it had the best theme song of all the Bond movies.

Goldfinger all the way for me. To be fair, I haven't seen them all.

You best get with it then!

I want to know why the poll has 160% of respondents.

Thunderball is maybe my favorite of the Connery Bond films-although with the exception of Diamonds Are Forever, they are all good, and Goldfinger and From Russia With Love are tops too. But Thunderball is the most fun of the classic Bond films--great action, great girls, and Connery is at his peak.

Yeah, I like that they give Sean Connery a tan and a new haircut and he's supposed to pass as Japanese. I also loved that the Japanese secret agent had his own ninja training school and the finale in the secret base inside a hollowed-out volcano.

Because, Mr. Bond---I expect you die. No actually it's because the poll has the option of selecting multiple films.

From the stand point of shear cinema story telling, good editing, and theme music, I vote for Live and Let Die. The Voodoo Caribbean story and the speedboat chase. Loved the characters of the Tall Voodoo guy played by Geoffrey Holder (who had the last laugh in the film) and the Louisianian Sheriff J. W. Pepper by Clifton James; great casting.

Goldfinger. I had a hard time deciding between Goldfinger and Thunderball.

My favorite bond movie would have to be Moonraker.
